We take packing and shipment very seriously. All items will be carefully packed in foam, bubbles or jewelry boxes prior to being packaged in high quality bubble envelopes, boxes or tubes. We ship worldwide.

      These items are made from 100% natural gemstones and unique glass artworks unless otherwise stated. See the Item Description for specifics. 

     Each bead is hand cut, crafted and polished.  Thanks to Mother Nature's creativity, two beads never have the identical pattern, grain or texture, but we coordinate them to match beautifully and to result in a one-of-a-kind piece for you.  Each bead is chosen from a big batch and is part of a unique 'mix and match' to create this item. So, the final item might look slightly different from the photo. 

     However, just to be sure you are delighted with your purchase, the first exchange is free of charge as long as the stock lasts.

        You will receive a high quality piece of jewelry created meticulously by hand, of high quality materials. Your jewelry will last for many years if treated with reasonable care. I guarantee all jewelry against breakage resulting from normal wear and tear, and will gladly repair the product at no charge if such occurrence arises.  If breakage or damage results from sudden accident or failure to care properly for the jewelry, I will gladly repair it at a reasonable cost.

         We can also provide specific photographic and oil and pastel art work to enhance your home or office surroundings.

 Exchanges: 

     There is no charge for the first exchange and no shipping fees from Bold Colorful Life to you. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us: registered or insured mail is recommended.  

     Subsequent exchanges will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee and you are responsible for your return shipping cost. Exchanges are accepted only for the  same item while stock lasts--or contact me directly with your alternate proposal.  boldcolorlife@earthlink.net

 Refunds: 

       Bold, Colorful Life stands behind every single transaction. We guarantee the items to be as described or as shown, or you may return the items for a refund. There is no re-stocking fee if the item is not as described.

     Other refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and exclude original shipping charges. 

     The item must be returned in its original packing within 14 days after receipt. 

     The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges; registered or insured mail is recommended.
